What is your minimum order? A: Our minimum order is 65.00.
What do I need to place an order? A: We require a 50% DEPOSIT AT THE TIME THE ORDER IS PLACED.
What is your normal turnaround time? A: Our normal turn around time is 24 Hours after a order has been placed. On orders with artwork or logos, we require 24 hours from the time the order has been approved, or accepted, in writing, by the customer. All though, sometimes our turn around time may be longer than 24 hours, if special materials have to be ordered, custom paint jobs, or weather permitting.
Do you deliver? A: Signs-DE-Signs delivers to the Davidson County area and all other surrounding counties.
How much does it cost for delivery? A: Signs-DE-Signs usually offers free delivery on all orders over $100.00 and in a twenty mile radius of Downtown Nashville and or the Bellevue area.
Do you provide discounts on quantity? A: Signs-DE-Signs does provide discount on orders, with the same design and size, of ten or more. Also, we provide quantity discounts on fleet vehicle lettering when we do multiple vehicles at the same time.
Do you charge a setup fee? A: Signs-DE-Signs charges a one time setup fee on all logos, artwork or any complicated designs. We usually do not charge a setup fee if you can provide us with the artwork in good condition and no work is needed to reproduce it.
If I know what I want my sign to say, or the purpose of my sign, but I don’t know how I want it to look, what can I do? A: Signs-DE-Signs does have a design setup option for customers. Generally we don’t charge a design fee. The design fee usually applies only for signs that have long hours involved with designing or designs that require a lot of changes after the second layout. Also, if we charged for design time when the order was placed, and we have not spent the hours we had anticipated spending, we subtract the design time charge from your completed order.
How much does it cost for design time? A: Design time is charged at an hourly rate of $50.00 an hour, minimum one hour.
Do you charge for proofs of the sign I have ordered? A: Signs-DE-Signs does not charge for the first two proofs we have designed. If there are more proofs requested after the first two have been provided, then there will be a design time charge.
What is your turn around time for installs? A: Installation is hard to guarantee a time frame. There are many factors involved, such as the weather. Generally we try to stay within the lines of 2-3 days for vehicle and window lettering, and 4-7 days for job site signs. We apologize for taking longer on job site signs, but we use a survey company that marks the site so we will not run into power, water, gas, or any other lines that can be damaged when digging.
